Villas Susaeta in Callao Negro Street in Playa Blanca - Lanzarote

The capacity of each villa is for four people.

Timetable

• Check in: from 14:00 hrs.
• Check out: before 10:00 hrs.

Cancellation

• If canceling up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If canceling up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Bookings

• Clients must pay the 10% to book the villa.
• This amount will be refunded if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival.
• The total price of the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Cleaning

• General cleaning of the villa weekly.
• Towels changed mid week.

Reception

• No reception. The client is provided an input code to access the villa, and a mobile phone 24 hours.

Children and extra beds

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the Villas.

Animals

• Animals allowed under request. The request must be confirmed by fax or e-mail.

Heated Pool

• On request. There is an additional charge of 75 euros per week.

• Visa and MasterCard.
