Maximum capacity of each villa: four people.

Timetable

• Check in: from 14:00 hrs.
• Check out: before 11:00 hrs.

Conditions about payments. Deposit.

• 10% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• The total price of the booking will be charged 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Cleaning

• Cleaning of the villa twice per week.
• Daily cleaning: under request with extra charge.

Reception

• There is not reception.
• We provide customer an input code by e-mail to access the villa, and a mobile phone 24 hours.

Meal Plan

• There is not bar and restaurant.
• We offer Welcome pack on request and extra charge.

Children and extra beds

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cot and highchair.
• Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the Villas.

Animals

• Animals allowed under request. The request must be confirmed by fax or e-mail.

Heated Pool

• On request. There is an additional charge of 10 euros per day.
